The explosion was reported in the Nukkai axis, which borders the Ardo-Kola local government region of the state, where the identical explosion was witnessed three days before.
This occurred while the entire town was in darkness owing to a power failure.
While specifics concerning this explosion remain hazy, it has been learned that no lives were lost.
According to an unsubstantiated claim from a person close to the scene, numerous individuals were injured.
It was also reported that the incident occurred near the Ward Head’s residence, where there is a local bar, and that the blast’s aftermath caused breaches in the walls of buildings on the site.
When contacted, DSP Abdullahi Usman, spokesman for the state police command, verified the incident.
He stated that 9 persons were injured but could not confirm any fatalities.
