According to Sky Sports, Anthony Joshua’s rematch with Oleksandr Usyk will take place at the Jeddah SuperDome in Saudi Arabia.
Although no date for the world heavyweight title bout has been set, the Jeddah Super Dome’s management has confirmed that it is the favored venue.
With a capacity of up to 40,000 seats, the Jeddah Super Dome is the world’s biggest geodesic dome to stand without pillars.
Joshua is attempting to regain his WBA, WBO and IBF belts, after losing them in a unanimous decision in September.
The British boxer has joined forces with new trainer Robert Garcia, who was pictured with fellow coach Angel Fernandez, at their current training base at Loughborough University.
It would be the 32-year-old’s second fight in Saudi Arabia, having defeated Andy Ruiz Jr on points in a rematch in December 2019.
