Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian, Napoli striker, will only join Premier League sides who can guarantee him a place in the Champions League.
This comes after Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis informed Liverpool that the Super Eagles player will cost €100 million.
Osimhen’s agents have been “given the go-ahead” to market him to English clubs.
According to Corriere dello Sport, De Laurentis has told Liverpool and Bayern Munich that they must pay £86 million (€100 million) to sign Osimhen.
Liverpool are set to lose both Divock Origi and Sadio Mane this summer and both offer Jurgen Klopp a physical presence in the box and the ability to play a direct style of play.
It is also believed Manchester United have requested for information on a possible Osimhen move to Old Trafford multiple times.
The former Lille striker started 26 games in all competitions for Napoli last term and directly contributed in 24 goals (18 goals and 6 assists).
